Japanese Almond pudding that melts in my mouth

Noon, make the jap almond pudding, had to mix the sachet with fresh milk, bring to boil while stirring...switch off fire, add milk again. Stir slightly when pouring into mould. Wow! Waited patiently, smells so nice....2 hrs passed in fridge.

Had it after dinner, WOW!! Melts in my mouth WOR!!
