Appts today

Tdy's session with Dr Lee was nice one. Wow! Dr Lee's smiling v beautiful today!!! Told her abt HR new policy & very nice of her to help me by hvg appt in the afternoon & see me in 6 wks time. Oso becoz yesterday Dr Tan changed new meds for me, so next appt then add on mood stabilizer.

After that, went LFC for apt with Winny my counsellor. Had a nice session & she's interested in eating disorder. Told me she oso binges but I said she's so slim, ok. Teased her later she become eating disorder psychologist. She oso learnt something from me & that she made a S.M.A.R.T plan for me...lol...she'll see me in 2 wks time.

Appt at DBC

Whole day at DBC, what a day & one of the nurse made me damn angry & I told the nurse mgr whom ticked her off directly. Gave nurse mgr face de..Dr Tan wanted to put me back on metformin then ok lor, this time is Glucophage XR 500mg, take 1/2 tab 1st next week till my diarhea stopped. In addition, Diamicron MR Gliclazide 30mg.

To take Gliclazide tmr 1st for a wk, if no side effects, then to start 1/2 500mg of Glucophage.

Was given Sangobion for lack of haemoglobin. As I always felt so tired & almost fainted but I try not to collapse plus recent blood count test shows it.

My BP was 135/62, v abnormal for me to have both readings with high a bit high, low a bit lower than usual. Felt extremely lethargic, headaches, not much concentration...etc.

SAF counsellor workshop on Depression

Went for talk on depression held at workplace, speaker Samantha from SAF counselling dept. I like it when she mentioned that sufferers don't like people telling them just to snap out of it & asking why you need to go for so many appts. Hopefully, the HR snr mgr will have a bit of better understand of depression coz I don't pin much hope that the rest of them really truely apprehend depression under he/she went thru it before.

At MPS last night

Yesterday went to MPS side for simple dinner, there's chicken nugget, fishball & fried mee with & without chilli. I went for 2nd round of mee with chilli, extremely delicious!

Went back home, took shower, went over to find my 'zhan zhao' there attending to 'clients'.

A brief chat with Mrs Tharman & she cited I had talent in writing & that to continue with it. Remembering I have a wonderful mother & when I wanted to let her know I had a wonderful Mrs Tharman, I was interrupted. Am glad she likes the bookmark I made for her. Mrs Tharman wanted to hear it from me personally "Yes, I promise" not to jump off building.

Happy Mother's Day 2010

Juz now I've handmade some bookmarks using hama beads. One for Mrs Tharman, the butterfly one. Went dwnstairs to get shiny silver ribbon & tie it. After that, proceed to CC to see what kind of Mother's Day celebration. Surprised to see it's muslim celeb.

Anyway, went to office to query about the online quiz which I entered for mother & won a pair of GV movie but the staff said dunno.

After that, saw the camera, hey! Looks like Mrs Tharman's car!! Rush out of office & there I saw Mrs Tharman!! OOpz..I got so excited & happy that I shouted too LOUD to mother that it's Mrs Tharman!! Shook hands & she was elated to see me.hehe Same color clothings too. Good opportunity in time to give her the pressie.

Went to have blood test

Blood test this morning, upon reaching, found that the lab clinic under renovation. Asked around, they kept saying it's opp kopi's cafe but I couldn't find it. Plus the arrows anyhow pont direction too which even points to the x-ray clinic next to kopi's cafe. Btw, am not the only one who was being misled by the so called directions. I went to bio lab & was angry when the staff nurse told me very easy, just opp kopi's cafe. My reply was, yes, but unable to locate due to the arrows pointing directionless!! Can someone juz bring me there as am diabetes & fasting blood sugar & am feeling fainting oredi! The counter staff was kind enough to show it to me. I said alamak! Glass door closed plus there should be a big sign board displayed directly juz outside the entrance mah!!

There's old ppl oso asking around, got one peh peh, asked me, I point to the direction, wow! Peh peh can even walk so much faster than I leh! lol..

After tking blood, I quickly took a sweet 1st & headed to Blk 4 kopitiam, order set E & had to wait so long. Feddup, kopi not nice, wait for toast so long...till my turn, bread not hot plus butter din fill the bread, hvnt eat oso TL oredi.

Took bus 33 to Tiong Bahru & bought some pastry plus egg tarts for mother. Guess the chef at chinatown bakes so much nicer. haha...

Went to see GP this morning, surprised to see my usual GP & I told her abt her substitute doc, sexual harrassment. GP told me her colleague married with 7 kids leh but all the more am scared of her & why she pressed on my arms when taking my BP & then wear the clothings till her assests can be seen v clearly. GP said her colleague is very different & that she wears low cut..

Dinner, I made some of my very own potato croquette with ham & fill it with bbq flavoured cheese. Wow!! Very delicious lor..

Mgmt of BG

Last night, DNE Eunice called to inform me that she had spoken with Dr Tan, my endocrinologist about my recent BG readings. He wanted my sugar level to be around 6-8 for pre-meals for safety purpose due to ear infection, now to take one 2.5mg glipizide before dinner on top of my usual half 2.5mg before breakfast till he see me next week. Maybe during outpatient, he might change medicine for me as I always keep feeling very hungry.

Moreover  am anaemia, maybe he will prescribed me iron too.

Eunice asked whether I got guai guai & where am I. I was at home..then she said, oh..v guai. So I asked her got reward or not, she said yes! hmmz..wondering what was that?

Extremely tired with migraine attack

Am extremely tired & woken up by loud noises...eyes so weary felt like sleeping agin. Attacked with migraine again...aww...what a day..My ear infection v pain. OUCH!!

Last night, had a nice time out at SIX. However, I was like so 'inactive'. -_-!!
