Very unpleasant experiences

Tdy my mood aint gd at all! Dun feel like gg to Dxx but went there coz supplies ran out. Went there, even affecting my mood even worse...why wanna cooked up stories of herself (hvg asthma) & frens (hvg depression) & so on...I really had enuf! Enuf is ENUF!!

Then tell me abt BG...if before another meal >7, cut down rice...might as well tell me dun eat lah...go & die better.

Pls lah, they're not psychiatrist nor my therapist & I really hope they dun intervene in my therapy treatment... dun think they're helping me by so call counselling me abt depression but it's 'nong qiao fan zuo' (dun make things even worse). Even further worsen my mood...somemore v yaya papaya saying: U knw or not E is our senior DNE here leh, she's v gd... I shut her up by telling her off that she's no good in my eyes, ok!

Z & my mom was at the scene too. Aiya, becoz P pregnant & not v mobile, tats y not at Dxx often le. E is still v new there mah...maybe P not around often, hence she damn lucky to promote lor. WTH!!!

7 Apr 2012, sudden pain at heart

7 Apr 2012, supposingly to have our lunch at Dakota Cres hawker centre, suddenly felt extremely pain at heart tat I cldn't breathe at all. My motherr was scared out of her wits.

Went to SGH A&E, under observation for 8 hrs, didnt have lunch n dinner but took so many blood tests & ECG. Whole body so stiffen when I get down from trolley bed to go washroom. :(((

I was invited by Silver Ribbon Sg for 'Mental Health First Aid @ SSTI, 19 March 2012' to share about my depression. This is my 2nd sharing session.

Was worried as suddenly, I've got headache & gotto lie on bed & sleep for an hour plus. Luckily, managed to go to Ulu Pandan CC.

Invited to be guest speaker at Jardine 3 Mar 2012

Felt so honoured, I was invited by Porsche Poh from Silver Ribbon Singapore to be guest speaker at Jardine on 3 Mar 2012.

Sharing about my depression experience & got to know more friends too. The staffs are very friendly, caring & helpful, felt so welcomed. :o)

Very nice experience as I got to interact with people & give me hope.

Workfare-Skill Up Motivational Workshop 1-2 Mar 2012

SWCDC career consultant signed me up for the a/m workshop which was held for 2 days at Tradehub21. Together with my newly made friend Rosidah, we attended the same workshop.
Total of 9 participants including myself. Our trainers are Stephen & Carel whom both took turns to conduct the sessions. It was really fun filled where we get to be engaged in lotsa activities & learn some skills.
