I just want to speak my mind. Just came back from counselling session with W at lakeside family centre. After I brought up to her that the session is too short which is an hour, W said that she'll feel very tired if I emailed her ( to her it's small 'little stones') that maybe have to change counsellor. Citing she's telling me seriously & straight forward. My replied was even if I don't like. I would like her to tell me directly.
Initially, she gave me her namecard & can email her anytime. Seems like global warming making everyone 'crazy'. Vivid memory which Dr A brought up that more & more crazy people. Now I truly understand.
Is it because they find me too 'resourceful', thus wanted to avoid me or due to her wedding preparations that stressed her out? Well, since mostly others don't like me saying the truth or confiding in them, well, I just keep it to myself.
